My Approach
My approach to therapy is fundamentally person-centered, which means I believe that each person has the opportunity for growth and healing. I lead with curiosity to meet you where you are and allow you to process at your own pace. In other words, you are the driver and I am here to help identify what may be in your blindspots, help you set a destination or just celebrate the fact that you’re driving!
