Meet Sarah
Sarah Saturday joined the Mindful Nashville team in 2020. She brings nearly 20 years of event planning and marketing experience. Sarah also has several years of mindfulness and meditation practice in both the 12 Step and Buddhist traditions. In addition to helping coordinate events and marketing for Mindful Nashville, Sarah also runs our Mindful Book Club program on Zoom, and eventually in person! Our Mindful Book Club promotes some of the cornerstone philosophies of Mindful Nashville therapy and wellness centers. Holistic health means caring for your mind, body, and soul.
