What is holistic wellness coaching?

The goal of holistic wellness is to achieve balance and harmony in all areas of life, and considers the whole person – body, mind, and spirit – as interconnected and interdependent. It emphasizes the importance of addressing all aspects of a person's life to achieve optimal health and improved quality of life.

Holistic wellness coaching focuses on many factors that can affect a person’s well-being including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. 

Typically, practices such as meditation, yoga, mindfulness and mind-body connection can be included in holistic coaching, alongside topics like proper nutrition and exercise. It also emphasizes the importance of maintaining a healthy and positive mindset, fostering meaningful relationships, and connecting with one's purpose in life.

Holistic Coaching could be a good match for clients who:

Meet Cayla!

Cayla is a Nashville native, yoga-lover, frequent traveler, and holistic wellness coach.I She helps others create alignment and balance between mind, body and spirit so they can thrive in all areas of life. 

She works with clients on lifestyle changes, developing new habits and breaking old ones, self-discovery, spirituality, emotional well-being, stress-management and other general wellness goals or focuses. She also offers private breathwork/meditation sessions that are helpful to do alongside coaching sessions.
